Orders ship from Nova Scotia and are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Canada Shipping

• $6.99 CAD flat-rate standard shipping Canada-wide

• FREE standard shipping on orders of $69 CAD or more

• Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days after dispatch

• Standard shipping does not include tracking

We currently ship within Canada only.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

• The item must be unused

• Original packaging must be included

• A photo of the issue may be required

We do not accept returns for used air fresheners due to hygiene and scent‑related reasons.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
